Please note: Guristas Fleet Stronghold launches Citadel Torpedoes every 30 seconds, which deal significant amounts of Kinetic damage. The Outpost does not repair itself, but launches defender missiles; missile damage must be applied at 0 km to be effective. Aggression is maintained until 200 km. Outpost can be speed-tanked beyond 50km orbit. One large smartbomb can destroy citadel torpedo if timed properly.

  1. Done today (2018-01-21), no loot on Intoxicated Commander, 22th tier OPE on outpost (nothing else). Also first spawn was at 2/3 shield and second around 1/4 shield.

  2. DO NOT bring a carrier to take on the station. 180k is the base damage, and they have a large multiplier on them, enabling them to put a carrier with 70%+ in all resists into hull on the first shot (like 600k raw), and kill it before you can warp off 29s later. You've been warned.

  3. So a carrier CAN run this, grab a fast ship, warp in, go 250km out, warp the carrier in 250km out warp the tackle ship out, shoot the station and kill it then save the cargo, warp out, then warp back in with the fast ship, grab the cargo then warp out.
